Spicy beetroot juice

This smoothie packs a nutritional punch. The beetroot is a great source of folic acid, manganese and potassium, and blueberries have made a real name for themselves-  not only tasty, these vitamin C- bombs are also high in antioxidants.

Quantity: 750ml


2 pears
200g beetroot
300g cabbage
200g blueberries
1 lime
1 cm ginger


Puree all the ingredients and serve in tall glasses.
